Innovend is an innovative organization in the Smart Vending Industry, offering total solutions in systems with great flexibility. For every industry, we develop, select, and create vending machines that are developed in-house from A to Z by Zuply.
We are a flat organization with about 30 enthusiastic colleagues. We develop our own innovative product in both hardware and software and have customers all over the world, which makes no day the same! Your responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative smart vending machines. You develop robust and scalable web applications using Vue.js and Python and write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Additionally, you work closely with hardware teams to integrate software with hardware. Designing and implementing Websockets, APIs, and backend services are also part of your tasks, as well as optimizing application performance to ensure an excellent user experience.
An important part of your job is conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers. You solve technical problems, prepare technical documentation, and keep it up to date. Testing and validating new features and software updates are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you work with other departments to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Your knowledge and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with the JavaScript framework Vue.js and Python (TypeScript is a plus) and version control systems like Git.
- Familiar with writing software using Object-Oriented Programming and software architectures like MVC.
- You work solution-oriented and meticulously and have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience writing tests in frameworks like Cypress and Postman.
