Short lease / rental
Are smart vending machines new to you and your target group? We can well imagine that you do not want to be tied to a long term ownership right away. Zuply can help you with this. With our range of rental machines, we can offer rental structures for short terms, starting from 3 months. This way, you can easily start a test period among your target group and you are not tied to anything for the long term.
Purchasing
Direct purchase of your desired machine. The machine becomes your property. You make the investment now and earn back your machine during the term. For the machines a SaaS-contract is required
Leasing
Prefer not to invest immediately? Spread your risk with our lease construction. Zuply offers standard leasing with a term of 60 months. The machine remains the property of the leasing company and after the term you can pay the residual value of the machine to get ownership. The machine then becomes your property. Don't want to take over your machine? No problem: we will simply pick up your machine again, so that you are no longer stuck with the costs.
SaaS
Software as a Service
Zuply machines work exclusively on our own, in-house, European developed software. Your machine therefore has a SaaS contract. A SaaS (Software as a Service) contract gives you non-exclusive user rights for access and use of our smart software. But it also offers you security guarantees, up-to-date software and you can also use our support desk. With SaaS you have a complete software package with many smart functions, data, security and support from Zuply.
You can purchase your SaaS contract in a monthly price for 60 months or buy it off immediately for 60 months. For shorter rental periods, your SaaS contract runs along with the rental period of the rented machine.
Service & Support
Service Level Agreement
We understand that you want to be relieved of your worries when it comes to servicing your vending machine, and have a point of contact if you need help. After all, you want to spend your time on things you are good at. Zuply is ready for you, depending on when you want it. That is why we offer various Service levels on top of the standard support that we offer in the SaaS contract.
This way you can decide for yourself which levels of service and support suit you.
